RWANDA BECKONS DAVID
President of Cardiff Circle, Ceri Davies, is pictured presenting a £250 Bursary Award cheque to 20 year old student David Millett. David is off to Rwanda in the summer with a group of 11 others to help build staff housing in a mixed boarding school. David told the Circle that he would be living in the community in simple accommodation and experiencing the local way of life. David is becoming a regular visitor to Cardiff Circle having previously received a bursary award to help fund a trip to Uganda where he helped with similar projects.
