Cardiff Enrol Bernard the Fourth
At their meeting on 18 July 2011, Cardiff Circle enrolled their fourth Bernard into the Circle. In the presence of Province 12 Director Bro John Hall and Provincial President Geoff Clarke, Cardiff President Chris Archer said he was very pleased to enrol Mr Bernard Hayward as the first new member of his presidential year. Bro Bernard had previously attended a number of meetings as a visiting gentleman and, with his wife Sandra, Circle social events. Bro Chris wished him a long and happy association with the Circle and in response Bro Bernard, who is an HMI with Estyn (the Welsh education and training inspectorate), said he was sure that he would be very comfortable within Catenianism.
