Cardiff President, Bernard Hayward, was delighted to enrol Mark Leighfield into the Association and Cardiff 36 Circle at last night’s meeting which was also attended by Past Grand President Tony Godden.
Bro Mark, who is Principal of St David’s College, Cardiff and had previously attended Circle meetings as a prospective member, said that he was privileged to have been invited to join the Association. In his capacity as Principal of St David’s, Bro Mark had facilitated providing the venue at the College for the first two Public Speaking Competitions for young people organised by Cardiff Circle.
