3 in a Row for Cardiff
At their meeting on 21 March 2016, newly installed Province 12 President, Pat Burbidge, presented Cardiff Circle with the Rita Hall Cup. The Cup is a Provincial award named in in memory of the late wife of Cardiff’s own Bro John Hall, ex- Province 12 Director, and is presented to the Circle having made the largest contributions to the Bursary Fund in the previous 12 months. This was the third year in succession that Cardiff had won the trophy.
