Potty in Abergavenny
On 24 May 2013 Cardiff Circle competed in the Abergavenny Big Break, the Province 12 annual “snooker” competition (any resemblance to a real game of snooker is purely coincidental/accidental). The evening consists of team and individual competitions, the object in both is to pot as may reds as you can in 30 secs or 60 secs. After a number of fiercely fought “frames” against teams from throughout Province 12, the Cardiff team (Mark Johnson, President Bill O’Brien, Chris Archer and John Edwards) emerged triumphant with Mark and Bill also sharing the individual prize.
