A Battery of Canons
Cardiff Circle held their annual Clergy Night on 14 May 2012 at which they entertained the clergy from the Cardiff East & West Deaneries. The dinner was attended by 63 Brothers, ladies and guests including 16 members of the clergy. The guest of honour was Rev Monsignor Canon Robert Reardon who, along with all the other clergy was welcomed by President Mark Johnson. Bro Mark said that the Circle and the Association was very appreciative of the clergy and the work that they did and thanked them for their help and support especially during the membership drive held late last year. In his response, Monsignor Reardon said that as usual Clergy Night was being held in a friendly relaxed atmosphere with an overriding feeling of friendship. He thanked the Circle for their support of the Clergy and for their charitable work and proposed a toast to Cardiff 36.
